I’ve been with Hydreight since 4/2022 and in just those few years, I’ve watch them grow as my business has grown. IV Hydreight Inc. is a pioneer in the IV Infusion sector. For a fraction of the price of starting from scratch, no other firm offers you access to a physician, a pharmacy, and standing orders to lawfully operate an infusion business. Being "turnkey" means that Hydreight provides you with the framework you need to start your own company. You are still in charge of making menus, websites, social media marketing, printed materials, bookkeeping, establishing a legal identity with the IRS, attracting clients, and a ton of other things. The same applies to all other "turnkey" businesses. Please don't assume that when you sign a contract, business will come in the next day. Any business takes time to grow; on average about three to five years. Hydreight lowers the growth curve by providing the infusion menus, hosting frequent webinars with a wealth of knowledge, and maintaining an archive of past videos and articles on their website to provide answers to frequently asked questions and step-by-step instructions. The remaining work must be completed by you in order to make it uniquely yours. I gave Hydreight five stars because, in addition to developing a platform that gives business-minded nurses flexibility with their license, Hydreight also keeps enhancing the services that they provide to their contractors.

I have been with Hydreight for a little over a year and it has been a work in progress, with lots of trouble shooting, like with any new business, but I have not regretted it at all! I received so much valuable information from Brooklyn who I had my intro call with and he kept in touch along the beginning of my journey. One thing I truly saw the value in after choosing to partner with Hydreight was all of the education and training they shared and continue to share regularly. That is not something I would have received if I had chosen an a la carte option for my business needs. I would have given 5 stars if not for the app and it's lack of integrated functionality. It does offer everything I need which I'm grateful for but it takes a lot of practice to get a hang of and some of the features just don't offer the ease of access that I would prefer. I do know that Hydreight is constantly taking in suggestions and input from its subscribers to help improve upon these things so hopefully it will only get better. I moved out of state and had to pretty much start over with my business but Hydreight was able to offer me a discounted rate for the location change since I was only half way through the year. They were very helpful with all the internal updates that I had to deal with. I find the communication to be pretty decent, though I was concerned when I first found out that they only communicate via email. To my surprise, I have actually received a few phone calls from the pharmacy and the onboarding team and the business success team (Shout-out to Sarah) for various issues and that was really cool of them to make sure that there was not a gap in communication. I am overall very satisfied with the experience I've had with Hydreight and I hope that it continues to get better as they improve functions within the app and some of the processes we have to use on a regular basis.

I know you’re reading the good and bad reviews and are probably confused right now. I’ve been with the company for almost a year and at the beginning the app wasn’t the best but they were new and growing. They have since taken a lotttt of our advice and the app is now a lot better. Hydreight helps you create your own iv hydration business which means you have to put in the work to help your business boom. They give you access to doctors on demand, a pharmacy to order supplies with, an app to chart/ book patients through and a success coach! All things that are much harder to do on your own. My success coach is amazing and always helps answer any questions I have and is truly committed to seeing my business thrive. At the end of the day you get in what you put out and I’m so thankful to Hydreight for helping me thrive in the iv hydration world!
