1. If you could go back to your first day at Hydreight and give yourself one piece of advice, what would it be?
Understanding that the compassionate heart of a nurse and the analytical mind of a business owner will sometimes conflict. Ultimately, it’s about being able to sleep at night knowing you’re doing the right thing. I may not always be making the most profit, but I can rest easy knowing I’m acting in my clients’ best interest.
2. If Hydreight had a “Hall of Fame,” what achievement would get you inducted?
It’s a toss-up. Either being the BA that everyone at Hydreight HQ knows by name or the one who can’t help but catch every typo and formatting error. My Type A tendencies keep things polished! ![]()
3. What’s your “pump-up” song before seeing a client or handling a busy day?
Not a song but Diet Dr. Pepper is my go-to energy boost! (If I could put this in an IV, I would!) Some days, it’s the only thing keeping me moving.
4. What’s the wildest place you’ve ever done an IV drip?
5. What’s your “secret weapon” for turning a first-time client into a loyal, repeat customer?
6. What’s one small daily habit that makes a BIG difference in your success?
7. What’s been your most “OMG I can’t believe this is my job” moment since working with Hydreight?
The first time my husband and I left for the cabin. We happened to check our security cameras and saw all four infusion chairs filled with our team working flawlessly. I got goosebumps. I had built something that made a real difference in our clients lives and it was thriving, even without me physically present. It sort of felt like an out of body experience.
8. If I had to pick one thing to focus on that would skyrocket my business in the next 90 days, what would it be?
Posting more consistently on social media. I know the impact it can have, but I’ll be the first to admit it’s not my strong suit!
9. What’s the one marketing hack or business trick that made you go, "Wow, why didn’t I do this sooner?
10. What’s the biggest mindset shift you had to make to go from just getting by to thriving in this business?
11. What’s the best piece of advice you ever got from another successful person in this industry?
12. When you hit a rough patch, what keeps you pushing forward instead of giving up?

From Launch to lift off
How Kristin Built Trust, Visibility & Results
Kristin didn’t ease in — she treated her business like a business from the start. Since joining Hydreight in October 2024, she’s been on a rapid growth curve, thanks to a clear brand vision, consistent visibility, and a personal, transparent approach to care.
What set her up for success?
Kristin invested early in a professional brand identity, including a custom logo, SEO-optimized website, and active ad strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and Google. Her content blends expertise with humor and relatability — helping her stand out while staying approachable.
"I leaned into authenticity"...
Kristin shares her own GLP-1 journey and fitness goals publicly, creating a deeper connection with clients and building trust beyond the transaction.
Patient-first service matters, too.
She prioritizes being available when her clients have questions or concerns — a level of access and care that’s turned satisfied clients into powerful word-of-mouth marketers.
What's next in her business growth plan?
Kristin’s already setting her sights on expansion: she plans to bring on six nurses and add aesthetics services like Xeomin, microneedling, and chemical peels — continuing to build with the same integrity and client-centered approach that’s fueled her early success.
What's her advice to new business owners?
Be real. Show up consistently. Treat your clients like gold — because they are.

Hiring Nurses (CSP's): Success Strategy in Action
Melissa runs a tight ship with a high-performing team, and one of the cornerstones of her business success? A quarterly-reset, tiered commission structure that rewards consistent momentum and strategic planning.

Why you should make your own version:
If you’re hiring nurses, you’re not just managing people — you’re building a mini-team of entrepreneurs under your brand. A formal agreement like Melissa’s does 3 powerful things:
-
Protects your business legally.
-
Sets the tone for professionalism and performance.
-
Motivates with a smart compensation structure.
What makes it successful?
-
Quarterly Reset = Fresh Motivation
Every 90 days, pay resets. It keeps nurses hungry and performance-focused, not complacent. -
Tiered Pay = Smart Incentives
Clear service thresholds (30–44–40%) reward productivity across IVs, concierge, and CPR classes. -
Clean IC Terms = No Gray Areas
Expectations, professional standards, and boundaries are all outlined — reducing drama and misalignment. -
Built-In Protection
The non-compete clause shields Melissa’s business from local competition, especially from trained talent. -
Weekly Pay = Smooth Operations
Direct deposit every Friday = clarity, consistency, and trust.
Why this matters for YOU as a BA:
-
You’re Not Just Hiring — You’re Building
Bringing on nurses without a contract is risky. You need structure to scale, protect your time, and guard your brand. -
It Sets the Tone
A written agreement commands professionalism from day one — no guessing, no ghosting. -
You’re Running a Business, Not a Side Hustle
If you want others to take your platform seriously, you need a legit framework like this in place. -
Clarity = Control
A smart contract helps prevent issues before they start and gives you leverage if they do.
